LUMIA respects the privacy of everyone who visits this site. This page explains, in plain language, what information we handle and where it goes.
What we collect
- Contact form. When you send the enquiry form we receive the details you type — name, company, e-mail, country and your message — by e-mail at hello@lumiashades.com. We use them only to answer you.
- Trade area. Logging in with an access code decrypts your price list inside your own browser. Your code, price list, draft orders and order history are stored locally on your device — none of it is uploaded to us or anyone else.
- Orders. An order reaches us only when you press Send order, as an e-mail from your own mail program. What you send is what we get.
Cookies & local storage
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no trackers. It uses your browser's local storage for exactly one purpose: keeping you signed in to the trade area and remembering your draft order on your own device. Logging out removes it. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may see your IP address as with any web request.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties. Contact-form delivery is handled by FormSubmit, which relays your message to our mailbox and does not keep marketing rights over it.
Your choices
Write to hello@lumiashades.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. E-mail history aside, there is usually nothing to delete — the trade area lives in your browser, not on our servers.
