The site
This website presents LUMIA's made-to-measure window treatments and gives approved trade partners access to price lists and ordering. Product specifications, size ranges and imagery are provided in good faith and may change without notice; the written order confirmation you receive from us is what governs any actual order.
Trade area
- Access codes are issued to approved trade partners and are personal to the business they were issued to. Do not share your code or your price list — pricing is confidential between you and LUMIA.
- Placing an order through the site sends us a request; the order is binding once we confirm it by e-mail. Confirmed orders that have entered production cannot be changed or cancelled through the site.
- We may revoke access codes and change trade pricing at any time; price updates apply from your next login.
Intellectual property
All text, photography and design on this site belong to LUMIA or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Motionblinds and Eve MotionBlinds are trademarks of their respective owners.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, LUMIA is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site, including reliance on unconfirmed pricing or availability. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
